WW5005. Laser Welded Saw Blades

Laser-welding represents the latest advance in diamond disc fabrication technology. Laser micro-fusion enables the segment to be welded to the core. The bond is the most powerful, it enaables the tool to be used for dry cutting and drilling without segments loss.
Features include:
  • Professional silent core, supreme quality,very long lifetime,fast cuttting.
  • The advantages include high automatization, excellent stability, strong adhesion between the segment and the steel base. Discs under this technology allow for long lifetime and high efficiency, also great safety to the operators .
  • Application: The laser-welded discs are suitable for heavy duty, such as concrete products, granite, marble, bricks, refractory material, sandstone, block, asphalt, etc. .
  • Can be used: Angle Grinders, Powerhand saw, High Speed Saw, Masonry Saw, Concrete Saw.
