WW6001. Chain Blocks Usage

Operation Instructions:

  • 1.Do not overload.
  • 2.Do not use two or more hoists to one weight.
  • 3. Do not hook tip loading, no direct binding of a load with a load chain.
  • 4.No over lifting,no overlowering.
  • 5.No side pluling and horizontal drawing.
  • 6. No upsetting the hook hanger of the double chains type hoist that is 2,3 and 5 ton.
  • 7.Don't operate with kinked or twisted chain.
  • 8.Keep anybody out the place under the loading.
  • 9.In case the hand chain pull force exceeds the normal, don't immediately and inspect the hoist.

Maintenance:

  • After use, clean off the dirt on the block and grease its parts.Keep it in a dry place.
  • Maintenance and inspection should be made by skilled hand.Never allow any layman to disassemble or assemble the block.
  • When assembling align the"O" marks of two gears as shown in fig 2 and fig 3.
  • While installing the spling cam,set the selector lever to "UP" and turn the lever handle clockwise,thus pressing the ratchet disk,friction plate on the brake seat. The position of spline cam should meet the requirements of the clearance a slightly less than b.(see fig.5)
  • After cleaning and repairing the block should be subjected to idle and heavy test so as to ensure reliability in use.Make sure that block is in good condition before putting it into operation.
  • Keep the friction surfaces of brake clean.Brake mechanism should be regularly inspected so as to forstall trouble in brake.
